DMCA / Content Removal

WHOPLAYSNOW respects intellectual property rights. Rights holders and authorized representatives can use this page to request removal or correction of content that they believe infringes their rights.

How to submit a request

Send your notice to legal@whoplaysnow.com with the subject line “DMCA Request” or “Content Correction Request.”

Required information

  • Your full legal name, organization (if applicable), and contact details.
  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work or rights at issue.
  • The exact URL(s) or page path(s) on WHOPLAYSNOW that you want reviewed.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

After we receive a complete request, we review it and may remove or correct the referenced material where appropriate. If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the details provided in your notice.

Counter-notice process

If your content was removed in response to a notice and you believe removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@whoplaysnow.com with sufficient supporting information.

Misuse of this process

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or abusive notices may create legal liability. WHOPLAYSNOW reserves the right to reject incomplete or bad-faith requests.
