Leslie Ann Powers

Leslie Ann Powers (born September 12, 1971) is an American actress, whose sole role is in John Waters' Hairspray (1988), as the protagonist's best friend Penny Pingleton. Waters has stated that he doesn't know what happened to Powers following production.
