Josephs Quartzy is a Tanzanian actor, singer and author, he is best known for playing Nhwale in a 2019 drama/adventure film Mr. Local Man also a drama series JQ Knew That. He is a former member of a rap duo The Eastern Bandits. He is the author of A Tale of an Intelligent Psychopath and Irene: The Andromeda.
