Brennan Abbott

Brennan Abbott is a filmmaker, writer, and composer based in Ohio. He wrote, directed, scored, and edited The Fields of Abbottsville — a psychological horror film exploring fear, loss, and the darkness that can exist within ordinary suburban life. Known for his atmospheric storytelling and use of sound to shape emotion, Abbott often blurs the line between psychological realism and horror to evoke a deep sense of unease. A Motion Pictures student at Wright State University, Abbott continues to develop projects that combine psychological depth, visual storytelling, and social commentary. His work focuses on how the familiar can become unsettling, revealing the horror that hides within everyday spaces.
