In order to fulfill the fate and great cause of placing his sworn brother, Kiyoharu Washio (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), who had been buried in the darkness until now, as the 12th generation leader of the Naito Shinjuku family, Yuki Kanemaru (Masaya Kato) covered the office with flames and ultimately met his end in self-immolation. Just as he passes away, former 12th generation underling, Hideyoshi Ogami (Norimasa Fujie), is released after serving a long prison sentence.
