Synopsis

Sanjay (Govinda), an honest police officer, is determined to bust the crime world which has taken over the city. Criminals have made a mockery of justice. His father (Shashi Kapoor), a senior police officer himself, makes heroic efforts in the fight against crime and initially arrests kingpin Jagannath, but winning the battle does not win the war.
